Investors who participate in our Private Money First Deed of Trust funding are earning between (8- 11)% interest per year.
Investments are secured by real estate at (50-75) % loan to value.
Loan terms are normally 1-5 years.
Minimum investment is $5,000. Allied Financial Services, Inc. does not maintain any escrow account for your investment.
Each investor merely enters into an agreement with Allied Financial Services to maintain an escrow account at a bank or
other depository. The funds in that escrow account will be considered as money pledged for the loan participation program.
AFS will regularly presents its borrowers' loan packages and, or an offering circular to participating investors for their loan approval. If investor approves the loan request, a closing is schedule at a title company's or an attorney’s office. Investor(s)
will then forward the necessary funds to the title closer/attorney for the closing.
Investor may choose to employ AFS to services the loan or may make other arrangement for collecting the periodic
payments from the borrower.
